Most definitly.  They're real popular in ohio, my girlfriend worked at one... you can dontate to them etc.

Non-profit organizations that take in undesireable and negelected animals... great places really

Hopefully better dog training will be taught.  Otherwise this whole situation may just repeat itself with your other dog.  Just because they're tiny... it doesn't mean they can't do real damage.
