If you ask me, because I wouldn't trust working for people with so low moral character as to stop doing their job just so they could better recruit me to their next job.  How can I trust people like that?

I agree with you, but see, this puts the boss in a pickle

A) they shouldn't have hired or Activision should monitored them better, but would MW2 selling 20 million have still happened.

B) you let them run around like wild animals and give them raises and hope mw3 sells a bazillion.

 

C) You just atomic bomb the place that sold 20 mill COD, and let the other studios do the future one.

 

All I'm saying is Activision Screwed up. I'm not saying Zampella's a good guy or anything. But most big companies screw up sometimes... it's just if it becomes a common occurence.
