See, that's another thing, when you are talking about untapped power, PS3 is much more in the cloud than the 360, 360 is built a lot like a PC, so it's easy to see where the limits lie. If there is one edge the 360 has over the PS3, it would be limited use of the tessellation unit inside the ATI chipset which the RSX doesn't have which would save memory usage down the road, and that'd be something much more interesting to look at rather than utilizing the standard eDram that devs have already been utilizing for years now.
