I still believe someone should call the social services and take your sister's kids away, because she definitely doesn't seem able to take care of them. The dog growls and looks aggressive to children (or so you say), but you still allowed him come near the kids?! Freaking poor judgement on your sister's part, and I'll be gutted if you get rid of the dog.
I MEAN, HOW THE HELL DID YOUR SISTER ALLOW HER CHILD TO STICK ON A DOG THAT ALREADY GROWLS TO CHILDREN?!?!?!
And pets are part of the family too, and although you said he growls constantly at kids, it is baffling to me how you still allowed the girl to harm the dog!!
