I think people are confusing games they like for hardcore games, don't plan to make any people mad but i think by the post that he means games of other systems(PS3 and xbox) consider as adults games or more than bright colors , dont get me wrong i love every piece of mario galaxy and its one of my favorite games of all time but general people consider mario galaxy a kids game , even if it is hard as hell in some parts, but well with all that explaining my must hardcore games and the ones im listing its because i have played them and consider them hardcore .

5.Dead Space Extraction
6. Resident Evil Umbrella chronicles
7.LEgend of Zelda Twilight Princess
8.Madworld.
9. Metroid Prime 3 or collection.
10.House of the Dead: Overkill
11.Silent Hill Shattered Memories (My favorite game this gen with mario galaxy)
12.House of the Dead: Overkill
13.Tatsunoko versus Capcom
14.Resident Evil 4
and thats the ones i recall playing for this moment but there many more.
