Computers are far worse than people at quickly estimating facial expression/sex/age/etnicity though. People draw a lot on social experience (and can often be mistaken too, when it's a new experience, e.g. moving to China when you haven't had contact with many Asian people before).

Computers can analyze and compare, but whether Natal+xbox360 has the power to do it quickly or enough data on what to look for, it seems like a whacky idea. And maybe not a very enjoyable one either since people don't necessarily want to look like themselves in a game (or however a computer decides to approximate them).
