I wasn't implying that it was an x-ray device :)  But a basic bone structure can be gleaned.  Arm length, torso size, shoulder width, leg length, hip size, etc.  Unless you are wearing some odd clothing(which will probably f' up Natal anyway), the bone structure generated should be a fairly good representation of your body shape.

That plus movement/gait, would display a good indication of gender.

It is like seeing someone from behind and knowing what gender there are without seeing their face.  You make an assumption based on gait and body shape.  Of course, this can lead to hilarious/embarassing/disgusting consequences :)

Body shape plus facial recognition would be the best IMO.
