I don't think teenagers should do it......it makes think a lot slower (from what I've seen).

From constant use (like many things) it gets to a point where people can't go without it, and it usually accompanies drinking. Obviously, drugs cause progression, so once one high fades, people move on to another, more powerful one.

I wouldn't try it, but you get someone completely opposite from me who will tell you its the best thing since sliced bread.........
