3.) Typically, It can't hurt you unless you've taken it for about 20 years.
Why is it banned? Because the media, back during the time it was introduced, had said if a black man took this then he will automatically be compelled to rape white women and if a mexican took it then he would start thinking he was a hitman and shoot everybody he didn't like among other things.
