Somewhat. Natal seems to be tracking more things than Move.
Move has up to 4 glowing orbs that it runs calculations on the RGB image to determine depth and position. And it has data determining orientation and such via the hardware on the controllers.
Natal is running calculations on a depth map to determine the position of up to two(2 is all that has currently been confirmed) entire skeletel systems(22 points each I think was the last number). Seems a little more intensive than the other.
They both perform facial and vocal recognitions I believe.
