Being that after Penn State's inquiry into Michael Mann failed to actually investigate Michael man before absolving him there has been significant pressure put on the National Science Foundation to investigate Michael Mann and Penn State. I suspect that over the next couple of months alternative investigations will be done in both the United States and the United Kingdom which are far more thorough and comprehensive; and it is unlikely that they will be exonerated.
