Yeah, my Uncharted avatar and MGS4 sig sure as hell indicates that I'm and 360 fanboy!
To answer many of your questions, even though MGS4 is 2 years older, it was technically ahead of so many other games at its time and even now, there are not many games that can hold a candle to it. My vote also goes to MGS4. The character models are some of the best I have seen in gaming and the subtle visual touches gives it the victory.
