What factors make you think Microsoft will sale more 360 lifetime than PS3?

Because I cannot tell what the effect the respective price cuts/motion controllers will do in the market this year predicting which will be ahead is useless. However I don't need that information to know who will be smiling the most about this generation.

It doesn't matter anymore if Sony sells more LTD than Microsoft. I doubt that they will care too much if the PS3 ends up more than 15M LTD ahead of the Xbox 360. They would have more than doubled their LTD sales of the Xbox 1, they would have dragged their E+D out of the red and its very possible that they would have broken even on the financial years encompassing this console generation.

 

I understand what you mean now, Microsoft have a great gen whatever they finish before or after Sony, I agree. That wasnt what the OP was asking tho. At least I understand your post now.
