I want to say my play through took between 8 and 9 hours; play time was split over two days of a weekend. I have to add that I can't remember the last time I played through a game that quickly (over a single weekend, not the total number of hours played), due to wanting to see how the story ended.
I only received one epilogue though and I'd like to see some of the others.
Offhand, I'm kind of thinking that most players will be content to see one ending, assuming they don't get a really bad one, which may end up hurting the longevity of sales, even with periodic chapters being released via PSN.
