Miss learning moves?

Going under the assumption that your Quagsire is level 36 or higher, you might have made it forget it(without knowing, perhaps) or obtained it from a 3rd generation game and it was level 42 or higher and didn't learn the move.

Either way, move tutor might help.

I have a hard time believing that i would have done this myself. Currently its Waterfall-Surf-Dig-Mud Shot, and i remember every move he's ever known in the past, that i've replaced (Slam, Water Gun, and that deliciously pointless Mud Sport move), and i know i ran over Slam with Surf and Water Gun with Waterfall

 

But i had totally forgotten about Move Tutor. Thanks
