I've got a Wii and PS3, and as much as I love nintendo, I've gotta go for the PS3. The games are generally better. Only nintendo seems capable of making any decent games on the Wii, most of the other publishers seem to suck at it. PS3 has loads of excellent (and adult themed) games now, and I have a huge backlog of games to play on it (because FFXIII took up so much of my time!). I barely ever play my Wii nowadays, the last game I played on it was NSMBWii (which was excellent) and I won't play it again till 'super meat boy' comes out.
Also (for reasons I can't understand) I'm a total trophy junkie, which gives me more incentive to play the PS3
The Wii is by no means a bad console, but I definatley prefer the PS3
