Kevin Butler and Wii would like to play are definitely the best two campaigns of this generation. I give edge to Nintendo because their other ads have been passable while Sony's other ads... not so much.

Microsoft's Xbox ads have been pretty bland. I haven't seen one that really grabbed me or repelled me. But since I don't watch much TV, this might be a reflection of my own ignorance rather than Microsoft's ad quality.
