I still need help.

The Fire Charm is located on the South Western corner of the Steppe, on the part with a lot of Ragna's. Once you're there, look in the northwest corner of that area, it's near some debris/ruins

 
At 0:02-0:03, this is the southwest corner of the Steppe. 

@the video: Is it the opened treasure sphere in the right upper part of that small map (@ 0:01).
