I grew up on PC shooters and because of that I find the Wii to be more accurate than the dual stick approach in first person shooters, simply because it is closer to PC control, which is why I never play them when dual stick is the only option.
If there's an FPS game that implements the new motion controls, I'd be willing to give it a shot.
