Zelda and 3DS together. Generally whenever any of the big 3 has proper new hardware (and the others do not) it's an automatic win for them, it only becomes a question again when multiples are showing off new hardware, so unless PSP2 also crops up, it's Nintendo's, almost by default

 

Zelda helps too, like i said. Move and Natal are old hat. They may have great presentations for them, but it's not new and exciting, so it's not going to raise as much hype. New things win E3, much like how, despite all the skepticism surrounding the device, Microsoft walked away from last year a clear winner in terms of hype (though i would say that Sony objectively showed more new quality software).

 

New toys win E3s above all else. 3DS is the new toy this year
