I think what these surveys tell me is that in the best interest of consumers it should be made law that companies have to officially report reliabilty records for products they produce, especially electrical goods. It's bonkers the consumer has to rely on third parties for this information when it should be publically available information direct from manufacturers and force them to actual care about providing reliable goods.
