Nice spin, though the common consumer has no idea about failure rates, it is not like you go to a store and next to your console it says if you buy this there is a XX% chance it will break. Further, what does it say about a company that repairs/replaces its product and yet it break again and again? The consumer may be loyal but that does not change the fact that the company is screwing its consumer base, the games may be great but if your console is getting repaired/replaced, you can't really play these great games.
