Canada is messed up when it comes to taxes... as of 2008 I've had to pay an EXTRA 60 dollars per year to renew my licence plate sticker so I can drive. So 140 bucks...
They said its some sort of a road restoration tax and that is fine...except roads are worse than they have ever been and no one is doing anything about them.
So im sure that tax money has to go somewhere, and what better way to spnd it than to finance videogames...
