For the 360... maybe. This year I'll probably get only Bayonetta, Super Street Fighter IV and maybe Alan Wake and Final Fantasy XIII (even though I'll probably hate this last one). Not hyped about natal, can't play shooters with a controller, find Fable very generic... so yeah, not the best year for me, I guess - unless there's some excellent surprises at E3 - like a new Banjo (yummy) or Killer Instinct.
For the Wii... hardly! Dragon Quest is probably for next year. But this wii year is the greatest videogame year ever for any platform in my opinion. One mario. One Metroid. One Zelda (it's going to release this year, if not you probably have to tell me what game is going to be the big one on holidays). The trinity.
Other than that, we have excellent games like Tatsunoko Vs Capcom, Epic Mickey, Monster Hunter, endless ocean and probably Pikmin and some "phenomenom" game like wii fit and wii sports. Hard for 2011 too beat, imo.
