less work and worse tech=less enemies on screen I don't see what is the confusion... Also, they couldn't even bring towns in FF13 (Probably best jrpg), and if you look into and wrpg these days theres town everywhere |
Man, what a trainwreck of a post (and opinion!)
In Kingdom Hearts 2 there is a part with 1,000 enemies on the screen, IN THE SAME TIME, and the game still runs at 60 frames per second.
Does that make it the best RPG ever? no.
NOW, for the rest of the thread:
It's funny to see the pepole in both camps, most of the WRPG lovers didn't play a single game before this generations, almost all of the rest didn't play a game that's earlier than KotOR, and it's funny because almot all of this genre's classics are from before then (Planescape: Torment, Fallout 1+2, Deus Ex, Baldur's Gate 2).
And JRPG lovers - it's funny how pepole bring FFXIII as a good example, why don't you guys go and play the REALLY good games, games who aren't part of the FF series, now part of DQ, aren't part of KH, Chrono Trigger or Persona...
Bet with Dr.A.Peter.Nintendo that Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't sell 15 million copies up to six months after it's release, the winner will get Avatar control for a week and signature control for a month.
