4 gig Max.  While not a HUGE problem, Id always prefer the option of more RAM especially when you are going to game.

But 4 gigs is a lot, since most games today require a minimum of 512mb or 1 gb worth of RAM. So I don't really think that would be much of an issue, although I agree having more is always better, but darth really doesn't need that much.

@KungKras, I don't know but I think it is better he stays away from HP laptops,  a few people told me that their products are not as reliable as one would would wish. Don't know about Vaio but it seems they're also not that good too (I relying on what darth said at the beginning lol so I don't know)
