It's down to $40 new at Gamestop.com as well.
I can see it dropping more because of the Forza 3/ODST elite bundle. So the few people that trade them in (I don't know why you would, unless you want to miss out on the Reach beta and the best racer on the 360) I can see the price dropping even more in the used market.
Though if you want the beta of Reach ODST is a must, and firefight is always fun with friends.
It's just that simple.
