It happened by accident. Its the same like how adam and eve got together. No one told them how to mate, it just happens naturally because you would start to be more curious and experiment with things when you grow up.
Some don't know the right thing to do, so they will turn bad, and that's how bad and better people come about.
But the thing I don't really understand is whether masturbating during puberty will cause your growing in height to stop
