I said black not to put "with different ethnic groups" in the title, that would be very big. But black here, is used in a way to describe "different than me", so this is the same between all ethnic groups.

So my Story:

Last thursday I was out with some friends partying and stuff, and at the end of the night we ended up a little bit drunk at the usual hot dog spot to buy some food, as we use to do every thursday.

For my surprise, the white guy working there was gone, and instead a black man was there. He would talk just the necessary with costumers, but being nice and kind. I looked at him, he was skinny, kind of miner hands, around 45 years old, tired expression and a very humble smile and way of talking.

After starring at him for a couple seconds I noticed myself being way more polite and kind than I usually am to foreign people. If he was white I wouldn't look so much at him and wouldn't be thinking about his life.

was it racism?
