Um... why does a title need to be bigger to replace it? Why can't MS just think "Hey guys... we know GeoW is a big seller and will sell bucket loads. We know it doesn't need to depend on the holiday boost. Let's try and make a new franchise bigger by giving it the holiday treatment"
I find that more reasonable than thinking GTA5 is timed exclusive considering they paid 50 million for a timed exclusive on 2 DLC.
