^most =/= all. But now he's just arguing semantics. I guess in my eyes I will never view this as serious enough to be labeled a pandemic. But that's just my personal opinion. I do understand the purpose of the vaccine is to keep it from possibly mutating, but again, in this economy, I don't see spending that much money on "chance" to be a good thing.
I don't mean to sound completely morbid, but if the Swine Flu ever took off, it would probably be quite beneficial to the world if it eliminated 10% of the population. That would solve so many unemployment issues. Just like WW2 brought us out of depression with the death of millions of working age men. Free'd up a lot of jobs and bolstered the economy by creating war related jobs too.
