This whole thing is just plain stupid.
People shouldn't be getting mad at Sony for doing business. The people who are mad need to go after GeoHot for ruining the experience for everyone.
No company is going to sit by and let there tech be hacked and manipulated in ways they couldn't do legally.
Sony's TOS had to be legit if the Eurpean Directive allowed it.
