N.O.V.A and Modern Combat: Sandstorm say hi! those two are FPS's and have fantastic touch controls.
Touch controls are superb if done well, I have never had issues with touch controls, and most games are much much better with touch controls, GTA chinatown wars iphone/touch --> PSP version due to touch controls.
