From my experience of giving a opinion to friends and family on which console to get, here is my take. Go out and choose the console that fits you the best. If you have big hands and like the game library on the 360, then by all means go for the 360. If you like blu-ray movies, 3D support, and the gaming library for the PS3, then go after the PS3. It all really does just fall down to opinion. By the way, since your a lawyer; wouldn't that mean that you have enough money for both consoles?
