I spoke to the ACCC this morning and then to GAME where I bought it from. They claim they need to speak to their ACCC rep and I suspect they're really trying to wriggle out of this, but I doubt they'll have any luck. Part of me feels for them, but at the same time, they're retailers and this kind of thing comes with the territory.
