Which is how I would define 'big'
that said, as people have already said, Nintendo's market cap is higher than Sony's (the total cost to buy all shares of the company if everyone sold at market rate). But that's hardly 'bigger' A big lump of mud costs less than a small lump of gold.
Of course, if you want to just compare the gaming divisions, I think in terms of employees its
SCE > Nintendo >> MSEDD
Revenue its
Nintendo >> SCE >> MSEDD
