Nothing other than Gears 3 is big enough to justify going on a nongaming show and announcing it imo. It's clearly an attempt to get nongamers into what's considered a huge hardcore franchise. That and Jimmy Fallon loves video games, after all, Microsoft's already shown Natal on his show as well.
