ok so for anyone still following the topic. it has been confimed by amazon uk that they were forced to issue a partial refund to a kid who purchase an original 60gb launch ps3 as the products removal of a feature post purchase IS IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF EUROPEAN CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS. Ok so here's the precedent for our european gamers. You guys may contact your retailer or join together for a class action lawsuit. i feel like sony is about to be engaged in a 2 front war. i guess this is the beginning of thier own rrod scale problem.
