Why? Granted a tv based game doesn't have good history, but Lost is a good license for an adventure game, and more importantly why don't you think Ubisoft Montreal would make an out and out bad game? They've lately made Splinter Cell titles, Assassin's Creed, Naruto: Rise of the Ninja, the Prince of Persia titles, in recent years they haven't made a single bad game, even their other movie licensed game was well recieved, King Kong. so I have no reason to think this game will be bad.
Heist is still an unsure thing, I really liked Godfather and the whole knocking off stores element sounded fun, but it still has to prove it. but to be honest it so far looks more like a game that'll rate around a 7 out of 10. |
Ubisoft Montreal made Far Cry: Vengeance. Such a bad game that they had to drop the price down to $20 shortly after release. That being said, I don't have faith. Licensed games generally sell on based on the popularity of the media being licensed (Look at Spiderman 3) so Ubisoft won't care so much about quality. They'll be too busy focusing on games that have to stand by itself.
