I have a couple screws in my left shoulder, seeing as I managed to dent my bone. Somehow, my bone was strong enough not to break under about 800 pounds of force, but dented on it, thus making my shoulder very dislocatable till the screws.
Judging by the sheer amount of ghost pains I have, I'd say there's something left on my spleen after that surgery, but scans said differently.
