Final Fantasy 13 players: Who is your "go to" team?

I really like the paradigm system but I hate that we can change our team.
I also don't know what should be my team. I really like Snow and Lightning but they don't work so well together. I don't like Fang and Sazh.

I just wish they could kill a couple of characters right now :P
