Yes. There are things like getting ridiculous scores on really hard songs. I consider myself pretty good on guitar, and I can't even begin to try and achieve the scores you need. Then there's stuff like get 5 stars on every song on every instrument. So even if you are badass at one instrument, odds are you need help for the others. I can't even do those on guitar either.
