Told you so. Sony asked for it.

Let the hacking commence.

I'm sick of hearing your childish comments.

Sony removed this for one reason, to try to stop the possible pirating in the future.

I've said it before, the only time I see you post on these forums is when there is news about PS3 and that loser trying to hack it.

Grow up.

His "I told you so" is childish, but the rest isn't.  You are correct, that's why Sony diid it, but, in their short sightedness, all they did was make people develop hacks faster or CFW where there was no intent to make CFW before.

He needs the "Other OS" functionality for his hack development so he is trying to restore it

Its not like he was hacking the system to enable the "Other OS" in the first place

While you are correct, he has stated (wether you believe him or not, that's a different story) that CFW was never the intent that he was hacking for hacking's sake (or whatever his reasons were, I haven't read that much).  From what I could tell from what I read (I haven't read that much) it was a dude futzing with his one machine and blogging about it.  I read no intent of widely distributing the knowledge of how he hacked it (though he probably would) or any intent to make any sort of CFW until after 3.21 was announced.

If he was hacking for hacking sake,  then why did he distribute it?  He knew what would happen when he did,  he just couldnt say so for fear of legal actions.  And he created this custom firmware just so his previous hack would still work.   He knew what he was doing, he was opening up the floodgates for piracy on the PS3, Please Stop protecting that douchebag.

Did you miss the bolded part of comment?   He cant say "Here guys i hacked the PS3 now give me some pirated games",  because Sony would take legal actions against him.
