Besides, It Only Does Everything is Sony's new slogan for PS3 and is on all the print ad, front and centered.

Pretty much, well that and that's not so much arrogance as "puffery".  It's a mild exagerration that sounds better then "It does a lot of shit that we can't really list in 5 seconds."
