k guys so last week our 46 inch bravia tv had a problem with the analougue cable.the picture was bad.Keep in mind that the tv was 4 months out of warantty.So I called up sony about the issue and I also complained that my tv was out of waranty ,they said they would consider it and let me know.They sent 2 people to our house to fix it.(which was a pleasent surprise since we had a problem with our Samsung LCD and we had to take it to a specific shop given to us by samsung ourselves)
Then after fixing the TV (a circuit needed to be replaced)they said that sony has authorized the fix under warranty eventhough the TV is 4 months out of waranty.the bill was $478 plus tax .It was at that moment that i told myself that dam sony really loves to loose money lol,,,but this investment on their part was not without its benefit as my parents said that they will be buying only sony tvs in future.
