nintendo only has to announce and show off DS2 and Shigeru in Link costume with some CGI trailer also Cammy in Samus suit/Reggie as Luigi would be instant WIN.
if we look at current announcements Nintendo and MS have the biggest chance to win E3 overall.
Nintendo already have:
- DS2 official announcement and DS2 games announcements,
- Zelda Wii trailer/live demo,
- Wii Vitality Sensor game and release date,
- Metroid: Other M live demo,
- 5th Gen Pokemon announcement(possible DS2 launch title),
- Golden Sun DS,
- 3rd party titles like Conduit 2,
- 2-3 completely new unknown titles for 2nd half of the year,
MS have 2 huge 2 hour long conferences at E3 - one only about Natal and the second one about rest of 360 related stuff so we know they will drop some huge bombs there especially with:
- final Natal announcements about games, pricing etc.,
- Halo Reach stuff,
- Fable 3,
- new Epic game(probably Gears of War 3) and maybe even Shadow Complex 2,
- new xbox live services like Hulu etc.,
- possible 360 slim,
- new Turn10 game(possible PGR5)
- at least 1 new Rare title,
- cross platform gaming they showed at GDC,
- Feelplus+Sakaguchi game,
- and probably tons of completely new xbl/360 titles and dlc deals,
