Expensive but there are people who are happy to pay. Prices should go down before Xmas. If Samsungs TV is better than Sonys then the choice is obvious. Samsungs usually gets a better price/image quality ratio rating. But most reporters like "consumer report", doesnt evaluate the global quality (failure rate) and company service. Samsung offer the crapiest service and product you can find anywhere, do not wander why they are able to offer a full features product at half the price of their competitors. At my store we decided to stop selling their appliances because there was way too much problem and ordering parts would take 2-3 months instead of 2-3 days with other companies. Today its all about buying cheap with pack of features, both dont go together. You are better paying a bit more most of the time. Between, Samsung is the only brand we dont carry now lol. If you want a not too expensive korean product you would be better buying an L.G. (Lucky Goldstar) even if both products look the same.
