Gaming - No Buttons, No Go. - View Post

Well it's not so much about the buttons. Lots of games right now currently work using very few buttons. What it's about is not having a physical medium connecting you to the action happening in the screen. It's like air guitar versus Guitar Hero. None are an accurate representation of playing a real guitar, but feeling wise you get more out of the guitar hero game. Or even the Wii Music representation of guitar because you have something you are holding on to. You don't guitar with nothing.

That's been my main worry so far about Natal is I'm just not sure how much I'll like playing without that physical medium or any camera based thing we'll see in the future. But I'm willing to try and see if I change my mind on it. I was skeptical about Wii at first till I tried it so I'll keep an open mind.
