- MadWorld US + Europe --- 450.000 = Failure

- Bayonetta 360 US + Europe --- 390.000 = Success
- Bayonetta PS3 US + Europe --- 320.000 = Success

look at the sales pattern

Most MadWorld copies were sold after price cut

At what point in its sales cycle did Bayonetta get a price drop -- to the $40 (or less) it sells for now.

I wonder if that has affected sales positively.

Mike from Morgantown

Mike, there's no need for sarcasm :)
but checking amazon prices for those two games. Bayonetta is at $40, Madworld is at $8. Of course Madworld is much longer on the market, but still, it seems Bayonetta is giving them more revenue.

and one more time, I would like to ask if we know anything about budget for this two projects? But no speculation, are there any data from developer or publisher?

I'm pretty sure Madworld was like 30$ some weeks after launch

-20$ as of july 2009
