I logged in with the same credentials into my PSN account and all my trophies were gone...

Unless you backup all your data from one PS3 to another via the installed utility, you lose every single on of them. PSN much be linked somehow to your unique PS3 SN as well as your credentials...

Did you try synching your throphies on the other ps3? I'm pretty sure you can't lose trophies that are already synched online.
